Travel medicine and vaccines
If you are planning a trip abroad and wish to discuss vaccines and travel health please make an appointment as soon as possible. Some vaccines require more than one shot, so try to make your first appointment a couple of months prior to travel, however some vaccines can be given just 2 weeks/10 days prior to travel if needed.
Before your appointment please check for some initial preparation. Please bring any documentation of any previous travel vaccines/other vaccines.
Our practice is an approved Yellow fever vaccination centre.
Destinations such as the Caribbean, Asia, Africa, South and Central America usually require vaccinations, and for some countries it is mandatory prior to entry (i.e yellow fever vaccine) . For some countries, anti-malarial tablets will also be required.
If you think you require the yellow fever vaccine please click on this link and complete this pre vaccine checklist and bring it with you to your consultation.

Some of our doctors are trained and experienced in minor surgery, with the assistance of our highly trained practice nurses. The practice is fully equipped to offer a broad range of procedures to our patients.
